Falling hard never felt so good.
Pair skaters Courtney and Mark have one shot left at their Olympic dream. They vow not to let anything get in their way, especially not Josh and Stephanie, the wealthy and talented brother and sister team.
The heart doesn’t always listen to reason, though…
The more time Courtney spends with sweet, shy Josh, the harder she falls for him. But they are on opposite sides of the competition, and their futures are headed in opposite directions. Will their friendship blossom into more or are their paths too different to cross?

I received this book for free from Publisher in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.
I really really really adore this book, like SQUEAL. HEHE. This book was a light, fun read, and there wasn’t much drama on it. And I absolutely loved that. I don’t really like romances which involved tons of screamings and cryings and breaking ups. AHAH. But this book made me go all mushy and feely and stuffs.
I liked the main character well enough. Courtney was determined, and she wouldn’t let anyone stand in her way of going to the Olympics. And I loved how she never let Josh sway her decisions, which shows that even though she likes him, she can still make her own freaking decisions, like beating him in the Olympics.
The whole book got me so intrigued by Stephanie, to be honest. Stephanie was the mean girl in the book, but Jennifer Comeaux’s writing was so good such that she turned Stephanie into a pretty likeable character. I don’t hate her, but I don’t love her either, but there were times when I would fantasize about how cool it would be if she and Courtney became friends. (HA WHEN HELL FREEZES OVER.)
Like I said, the whole book was pretty light (not literally), though there were times when I shed several tears because of certain sad scenes. HEHE. If you’re looking for an ultra cute romance, you should probably pick up this book! Also, this is part of a series, but it can be read as a standalone, so it pretty much has a solid ending.
BUT AH, I want the next book HAHAH.
