Going to the Fae plane against Jared’s orders has cost Mina dearly. Her decision haunts her as a new danger surfaces back on the human plane. The Grimms are fading from existence.
To save her family’s future, Mina Grime will have to travel to the past with the help of her Fae Godmother and a pair of magic shoes. She must go to the Story’s very beginning, to the days before the dark prince’s reign. But can she finish her quest before her time runs out, or will she be trapped in the past forever?

My first thought the moment I finished this book was WHAT, ITS NOT THE FINAL BOOOOK. *cries* Sigh, I want Jared, but this book scares me HAHA. But anyway, this is the FOURTH book in this trilogy. If you have read Book 3, Fable, you would already know that Jared and Teague are the same person, which is quite heartbreaking because I totally despise Teague HAHAHAHA. Sigh, but anyway, in this book, Mina had to go back to the past in order to save her family line. And that’s when she will find out what REALLY happened to Teague and why he turned out the way he did. SIGH. I am so sad, so very very sad. But I have to say that this book is the best among the rest!

Okay, I have to admit Teague is well, nice, before EVERYTHING but he is still a little bit of an asshole HAHA. But I totally love how Chanda Hahn made it into a good side vs bad side kind of thing. Because Jared is technically Teague’s good side, and FINE OK you have to love people for their flaws and all HAHA.  The story line this time is quite SCARY because I think this book has more danger and surprises than in the previous books. Which is both awesome and sad, HEHE.  And then there’s Mina. I totally love her but COME ON why must she always fall for Brody. HMPH. But yes, Brody is cute, but hello, Jared is the Dark Fae Prince. But yes, Mina showed her more kickass side in this book, which totally reminded me of Celeana Sardothien from Throne of Glass, especially when she learned how to control her powers. It’s like BAM BAM BAM. Hahahah.
Okay, so when is the next book coming out?
